Buddhist Mantras

Chants & Positivity

Working with Jill Grange as Ananda, Alex enjoys performing Buddhist mantras: chanting, singing and playing instruments to authentic Sanskrit mantras. The group of participants is encouraged to join in and sing! This is a powerful, transformative and devotional experience for all and people experience a heightened sense of being present during the event and afterwards. Get in touch to book us for an hour. Remember to leave your ego at the door.

The Illusion Of Self

From the non Buddhist perspective: We perceive the self as a result of different regions in our brain trying to combine our experiences, thoughts, and behaviours into a narrative, and in this sense the self is artificial.

Sacred Instruments

We use a variety of overtone emitting instruments including gongs, chimes and drums.

Sacred instruments: Musical instruments used in worshiping deities, from ancient to modern.

Before becoming "musical" instruments, some drums have their origins in medicine and ritual practices,
